How to Save TikTok Videos to Google Drive

Download TikTok Free →

Saving TikTok videos to Google Drive is a two-step process: download the watermark-free file to your device using dltkk.to, then upload that file to Google Drive. The result is a clean original video available on every device where you are signed into your Google account, permanently stored in the cloud.

Why Save TikTok to Google Drive

Downloading to your phone's local storage has limits. Phone storage fills up. Devices get lost, stolen, or broken. Google Drive gives you permanent cloud backup accessible from any phone, tablet, or computer. A TikTok collection in Drive stays safe regardless of what happens to any individual device. It is also easily shareable — you can generate a Drive link and send the clean original file to anyone without needing to attach a large video to an email.

Step 1 — Download the TikTok Video to Your Device

Copy your TikTok linkOpen TikTok and tap the Share button on the video you want to save. Tap Copy Link. The URL goes to your clipboard.
Go to dltkk.toOpen any browser on your device and go to dltkk.to. Paste the TikTok link, select MP4, and tap Download.
Save the file to your deviceOn iPhone: tap the Safari download arrow when done, tap the file, tap Share, tap Save Video to save to Camera Roll. On Android: the file saves automatically to your Downloads folder and appears in Gallery. On PC or Mac: the file saves to your Downloads folder.

Step 2 — Upload the File to Google Drive

Open Google DriveOpen the Google Drive app on your phone or go to drive.google.com in a browser on your computer. Sign in to your Google account if needed.
Upload the fileOn the Google Drive app: tap the plus (+) button, tap Upload, navigate to your Downloads folder or Camera Roll, and select the TikTok video file. On drive.google.com in a browser: click New then File upload, navigate to your Downloads folder, and select the MP4 file.
Wait for the upload to completeGoogle Drive shows an upload progress bar. Upload speed depends on your internet connection. A typical TikTok video at 1080p is 20 to 100 MB. On a standard home WiFi connection this takes 10 to 60 seconds. When complete the video appears in My Drive.

Organizing TikToks in Google Drive

Create a folder in Google Drive before uploading. Click New then Folder on drive.google.com or tap the plus button then Folder in the app. Name it something useful like TikTok Videos, then upload directly into that folder. You can create subfolders by category such as Recipes, Workouts, Comedy, and Educational to organize a growing collection. This makes finding specific videos much easier than scrolling through a mixed Drive folder.

Accessing TikTok Videos on Any Device via Drive

Once a TikTok video is in Google Drive, it streams or downloads on any device where you are signed into your Google account. Open the Google Drive app on a different phone or tablet, find the video in your TikTok folder, and tap it to stream without downloading again. Tap the three-dot menu on any file and select Make available offline to download it for offline playback on that device. This is particularly useful for watching saved TikToks on a tablet or other screen you own.

Sharing TikTok Videos from Google Drive

To share a downloaded TikTok with someone, open Google Drive, find the video file, tap the three-dot menu and select Share. Enter their email address or generate a shareable link. Anyone with the link can stream the video directly in their browser without needing Google Drive installed. This is the cleanest way to share a large video file without sending a massive attachment over messaging apps.

Google Drive Storage

Google Drive provides 15 GB of free storage. TikTok videos at 1080p are typically 20 to 100 MB each. That means 15 GB fits approximately 150 to 750 videos depending on length and quality. If you build a large collection, Google One storage plans start at 100 GB for a low monthly cost. Alternatively, use 480p downloads for less important content to save storage space. 480p TikTok files are typically 5 to 20 MB, fitting many more videos in the same storage budget.

Bulk Upload to Google Drive

After a batch download of multiple TikToks using dltkk.to, upload all the files to Google Drive at once. On drive.google.com in a desktop browser, click New then File upload and select multiple files at once by holding Ctrl while clicking each one. All selected files upload simultaneously. In the Google Drive mobile app you can select multiple photos from Camera Roll by tapping and holding the first file then tapping the others to select them all before uploading.

💡 Give each uploaded TikTok a descriptive filename before uploading. After saving from dltkk.to, rename the file on your device to something like Pasta-Recipe-TikTok.mp4 before uploading to Drive. Searching within Google Drive by filename is much faster than scrubbing through thumbnails when your collection grows.
